Over the course of his career, Mike has successfully founded and led a jet charter company in Kelowna, as well as managed and expanded other charter operations—demonstrating both his entrepreneurial spirit and operational leadership. He has also built a strong track record as a commercial and residential Realtor and served as a trusted advisor to businesses seeking strategic growth.
With deep expertise spanning since 1990 in Commercial, Investment, and Residential Real Estate, Mike possesses a solid understanding of market dynamics and client needs. Included in real estate, Mike takes the time to lend his knowledge in seminars that he has created to help agents better themselves in an everchanging environment. As the former CEO of a business consulting firm, he helped organizations identify growth opportunities and implement scalable, effective strategies.
Mike’s aviation career is equally extensive. He has served as an airline and charter Captain, Training Captain, Chief Pilot, Director of Flight Operations, and General Manager—roles that reflect his leadership in complex, safety-critical environments.
Throughout his journey, Mike has had the privilege of learning from top business leaders and entrepreneurs, gaining invaluable insights into what drives lasting success. A proud family man, Mike is inspired by his two entrepreneurial adult children. In his downtime, he enjoys time on the lake, playing competitive tennis, and exploring the open road on his Harley.
